Responsible for designing internal web applications that support the operation and maintenance of Orsted’s global wind farms across regions.​

• Collaborate with product teams, operations leads and users to align design solution with compliance, safety and organizational objectives

• Improved the design for the incident management platform by aligning users’ needs, pain points and business objectives, enabling wind farm operators to act faster and reduce compliance risks in time-sensitive incidents.

• Designed a live dashboard visualizing windfarm production data in real time, enhancing shared awareness of Orsted’s asset performance across the company.

• Conducted user research for a capacity forecasting platform by interviewing wind farm operators, offshore coordinators and data scientists involved in end-to-end forecasting process to identify pain point challenges on existing workflows and platform on capacity forecasting.

• Created user journey map and personas based on user interviews with asset integrity management team to inform users requirement for digitising five-year of asset maintenance planning process.

• Improved the design for a vessel management tool for procurement teams to oversee vessel demand, tenders and contracts, based on insights from user interviews and discovery workshops to enhance usability and simplify spreadsheet-dependent workflows.

• Translated users and business requirements into wireframes and prototypes, iterating in an agile environment to validate and refine concepts.

• Designed reusable interaction patterns and components aligned with Orsted’s internal design system to support scalability and consistency across applications.
